Sign-up for January 23rd PhotoVoice Workshop

image001Through the Children’s Services Council of Broward County, the exceptional Photovoice project from the UK will teach methods to use photography as a community building tool.

The workshop will be held on January 23, 2014 at Children’s Services Council of Broward County, 6600 West Commercial Blvd, Lauderhill, FL 33319.  You must register by Wednesday, January 15, 2014.  Only 34 spots available.  $20 fee for 9-4 training.  Click here to register.

Photovoice puts cameras in the hands of people to take photographs of their community in support of both positive and negative aspects of their community. That combined with narratives to share points of view with people who in most cases make decisions in or about their community.
