FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – On November 9, 2013, residents of the NW Gardens Apartments created new tile benches with artists Carlos Alves and JC Carroll. The residents then walked the development to find places for the benches as part of a safe pathways program. The benches are created as one of the projects of the new ArtHouse sponsored by Young at Art, the Fort Lauderdale Housing Authority and the Community Foundation of Broward.
